Third Interim Dividend

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") announces a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2017 of 1.25 pence per Income share. (2016: 1.2 pence per Income share).

This dividend is payable on 7 April 2017 to shareholders on the register on 17 March 2017, with an ex-dividend date of 16 March 2017.

The normal pattern for the Company is to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.
