Third Interim Dividend

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") announces a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2016 of 1.2 pence per Income share. (2015: 1.15 pence per Income share).

This dividend is payable on 6 April 2016 to shareholders on the register on 18 March 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 17 March 2016.

The normal pattern for the Company is to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.
