Third Interim Dividend

The normal pattern for F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") is to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2014 of 1.1 pence per Income share. (2013: 1.1 pence per Income share).

This dividend is payable on 7 April 2014 to shareholders on the register on 21 March 2014, with an ex-dividend date of 19 March 2014.
