Third Interim Dividend

The normal pattern for F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") is to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2013 of 1.1 pence per Income share.

This dividend is payable on 8 April 2013 to shareholders on the register on 22 March 2013, with an ex-dividend date of 20 March 2013.
