Third Interim Dividend

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2012 of 1.0 pence per Income share (2011: 1.0 pence per Income share).  This dividend is payable on 10 April 2012 to shareholders on the register on 24 February 2012, with an ex-dividend date of 22 February 2012.

Special Interim Dividend

As a result of the Offer for Subscription announced on 16 January 2012 and with a view to achieving a fair apportionment of dividends between existing and new Income shareholders, in addition to the third interim dividend referred to above, F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a special interim dividend of 0.3 pence per Income share.  This dividend is payable on 6 July 2012 to shareholders on the register on 24 February 2012, with an ex-dividend date of 22 February 2012.
