First Interim Dividend

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a first interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2012 of 1.0 pence per Income share (2011: 1.0 pence per Income share).  This dividend is payable on 7 October 2011 to shareholders on the register on 23 September 2011, with an ex-dividend date of 21 September 2011.

As in the prior year, the Company intends to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.
