Third Interim Dividend

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a third interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2011 of 1.0 pence per Income share (2010: 1.0 pence per Income share).  This dividend is payable on 8 April 2011 to shareholders on the register on 25 March 2011, with an ex-dividend date of 23 March 2011.
