First Interim Dividend

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a first interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2010 of 1.0 pence per Income share.  This dividend is payable on 9 October 2009 to shareholders on the register on 25 September 2009, with an ex-dividend date of 23 September 2009.

This dividend is at the same quarterly rate as in the first three quarters of the prior year.
