	Director / PDMR Shareholding The Company was yesterday notified that Mr Christopher Waldron, Chairman of the Company has transferred his entire beneficial interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which are held through a Retirement Annuity Trust ("RAT"), to a person closely associated ("PCA") to him, Claire Waldron, for nil consideration.
