CORRECTION: This announcement replaces the earlier Total Voting Rights
announcement issued on 1 June 2007 at 9:23 hours (RNS reference 6038X) due to
the total number of voting rights previously being incorrectly stated.



VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to
notify the market of the following:


Crown Place VCT PLC's capital as at 31 May 2007 consists of 84,182,626 Ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 10p.  Crown Place VCT PLC holds 7,260,410 shares
in Treasury.


Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Crown Place VCT PLC is
76,922,216.


The figure of 76,922,216 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Crown Place VCT PLC under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
