The Board of Crown Place VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net asset value
per share of the Company at 31 March 2007 amounted to approximately 44.31 pence
per share (excluding Treasury shares). This is after accounting for the dividend
of 1.25 pence per share which was paid to shareholders on 19 January 2007 and
before accounting for the dividend of 0.8 pence per share payable on 15 June
2007 to shareholders on the register as at 18 May 2007.
