CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S DETAILS

In accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Crown Place VCT PLC announces that Richard Huntingford, a director of the Company, was appointed Chairman of UTV Media PLC with effect from today.

In addition, Richard Huntingford has retired from his position as Chairman of Boomerang Plus plc, which is listed on AIM, with effect from 26^th July 2012.
