Clarity Commerce Solutions plc (the 'Company') announces that it was informed on
15 December 2005 that Mr John O'Connell, Chairman of the Company, purchased
62,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at 80p per ordinary share on
15 December 2005. Following this transaction, Mr O'Connell's interest in the
Company stands at 112,500 shares, representing approximately 0.7% of the
Company.
