Clarity Commerce Solutions PLC 14 August 2002 Clarity Commerce Solutions plc Acquisition Clarity Commerce Solutions plc ('Clarity') announces that on 14th August it acquired certain assets from Accronym Holdings, including the IPR to Vision Software, from the administrator of Quadranet plc for a consideration of £150,000, satisfied in cash. Vision software is a sales prospecting and comprehensive membership management and reporting package specifically designed for the private sector health and fitness club market. Vision is a client server application for multi site groups, which has a small footprint and low bandwidth requirement, providing considerable savings on communication costs. It is highly configurable, easy to deploy, upgrade and maintain Graham York, Clarity Group Chief Executive commenting on the acquisition: ' We have acquired Vision software in order to build on our already established presence in the local authority health and fitness sector.
