Issue of Equity and Block Listing
This announcement replaces announcement RNS 6117Q released at 08.35 on 2
February 2007.
Amendments have been made to separate those shares already issued and allotted
from those to be included in the Block Listing. The aggregate number of shares
to be admitted to trading has remained the same.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission of 81,985
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), that have
already been issued and allotted following the exercise of employee options, and
a block listing of 41,077 Ordinary Shares, that are yet to be issued and
allotted pending the exercise of employee options. The combined total of 123,062
Ordinary Shares is the maximum number that could be issued under the terms of
the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme in the six months from the
first of February 2007.
It is anticipated that admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become
effective on 8 February 2007.
