In accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, on Friday 2 December
2005, the Company was notified by Calyon Corporate and Investment Bank that
Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd has an interest in 487,500 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 5.83% of the company's issued ordinary
shares capital.

These shares are or will be registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd.
