The Company was informed on 28 June 2006, by Calyon Corporate and Investment
Bank, that as of 28 June 2006 Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd had an
interest in 502,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') representing approximately 6.01 per cent. of the Company's current
issued ordinary share capital.


The Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd. By virtue of section 203 of the Companies Act 1985, the
