The Company was notified on 31 July 2018 that on the same day, Mark Cropper, a Director of the Company, bought 500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") from a member of the Willink family at a price of 1605.0p per Share.

The member of the Willink family and Mark Cropper are deemed to be acting in concert and regarded by the Takeover Panel to be members of the concert party detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015 (the "Concert Party").

As a result, Mark Cropper's interest in the Company is as follows:
