Director's Shareholdings


The Company announces that it received notification on 10 January 2008 that on

6 December 2007 Giltspur Nominees Ltd Buns Acct for which Mr James Cropper
(Chairman) is a non-beneficial trustee purchased a total of 2,333 ordinary
shares of 25p each in the Company at 226.3 pence per share.


Following this notification Mr James Cropper has the following interests in the
total issued share capital of the Company:
