Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 6^th March 2009 that on that day Mr James Cropper, Chairman of the Company, acquired 91,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company, of which 50,000 were bought at a price of 55 pence per share and 41,000 were bought at a price of 57 pence per share.

The Company was notified on 9^th March 2009 that on 6^th March 2009 Mrs Susan Cropper (wife of Mr James Cropper, Chairman) bought 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 59 pence per share.

As a result of these transactions Mr James Cropper and his connected parties have a notifiable beneficial interest in the Company of 598,337 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.1% of the issued share capital of the Company, and a non-beneficial interest in 590,129 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.0% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
