Director's Shareholdings


The Company announces that it received notification on 31 March 2008 that on 25
March 2008 CGA Trustee & Executor Co Ltd for which Mr J.A. Cropper
(Non-Executive Chairman) is a non-beneficial trustee transferred a total of
94,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to a member of his family (the
beneficial holder of the shares) for no consideration.

On 31 March 2008 the Company also received notification that on 14 March 2008
Rock (Nominees) Ltd 2500130 for which Mr J.A. Cropper is a non-beneficial
trustee transferred its entire holding of 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the Company to the same member of the family (the beneficial holder of the
shares) for no consideration.


Following this notification Mr J.A. Cropper has the following interests in the
total issued share capital of the Company:

Non-beneficial      590,129         6.97%

The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the 
total issued share capital of the 
Company with voting rights.
