The Company was notified today that James Dunion, a Director of the Company, purchased 16,131 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 61.5 pence each on 16 May 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Dunion has an interest in 16,131 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
