Further to the announcement made by Croma on 27 March 2012, the Group was informed on 2 April 2012 that Roberto Fiorentino, CEO of Croma had a notifiable interest in 3,322,447 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Group, representing 22.9% of the issued share capital of the Group.
