Investment Bank.

Volume weighted average price per share:              489.9667p



Croda intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the purchase of these shares, Croda holds 11,724,923 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 124,543,921 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
