number of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each on the London Stock Exchange via UBS
Investment Bank.

Highest price paid per share:                                  490p

Lowest price paid per share:                                 475.5p

Volume weighted average price per share:                     488.6264p

Croda intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.



Following the purchase of these shares, Croda holds 8,172,589 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 128,096 ,255 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
