Croda International Plc has been advised by Britannic Asset Management Limited
that Britannic Investment Managers Limited no longer has a notifiable interest
for the purposes of Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 (the Act) since its
holding now represents less than 3% of the nominal value of the issued
ordinary share capital of Croda International Plc.
