                      Croda International Plc Board Change



Croda International Plc announces that Barbara Richmond, Group Finance Director,
will be leaving the Board in April 2006 to take up the position of Group Finance
Director of Inchcape plc.



The process of identifying a successor has commenced and a further announcement
will be made as soon as this is concluded.



Mike Humphrey, Chief Executive of Croda, said:

into a market leading, highly focussed speciality chemicals business. I would
