We have to advise you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of this company
will be held at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 2 August 1999 at which it is anticipated
that the question of an interim dividend on the ordinary shares of the company
for the year ending 31 December 1999 will be discussed.
