Further to the acquisition of Intelligent Data Limited announced on 30 November
2006, application has been made by the Company for the admission to trading of
4,000,000 Ordinary Shares to be issued to the vendors as part consideration. It
is expected that these shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 22 December
2006.
