Director Shareholding


The Company was notified today that Mr Graham Ashley, a Non-Executive Director
of the Company, has today transferred 2,761,130 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') previously held in his own name, into his SIPP.

Mr Ashley now holds 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares in his own name and 8,000,000
Ordinary Shares in his SIPP.

Mr Ashley's total shareholding has not altered and remains at 16,000,000
Ordinary Shares representing 5.80 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company, as disclosed in the recent admission document dated 27 July 2006.
