Letters have been issued to all shareholders advising them that the documents have been posted on theCompany'swebsiteandhardcopies will be sent to those shareholders who request them.

The Company's AGM will be held at Brockbourne House, 77 Mount Ephraim, Tunbridge Wells, TN4 8BS on 30 June 2022 at 11.00am.
