RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 21^st July 2021, it transferred to participants in its   employee share scheme   7,274 Ordinary Shares at prices between £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 14,265,616 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 780,874,722 .
