RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 23^rd October 2019, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 5,684 Ordinary Shares at prices between £15.54 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 51,234,540 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 792,155,798.
