RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on 11^th February 2015, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 13,981 Ordinary Shares at prices between €17.30 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,739,934 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 814,825,917.
