RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES 

CRH plc announces that it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 6,000 Ordinary Shares at prices of €13.26 and €18.28 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 16,204,005 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 532,298,373.
