RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES 

CRH plc announces that it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 113,834 Ordinary Shares at prices of €13.1334 and €13.2155 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 16,034,170 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 532,468,208.
