Crest Nicholson PLC ('the Company')
Crest Nicholson PLC has today been advised that Mr Peter
Murray, a director has sold 5,000 ordinary shares in the
Company on 30 March 2001 at 219p per share. Mrs V Murray, his
wife, has today sold 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
218p per share. Following these transactions Mr Murray now
holds a beneficial interest in 74,491 ordinary shares in the
Company.
