ANNOUNCEMENT OF JOINT BROKER
Crest Nicholson Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of ING Barings
Limited as joint brokers to the Company replacing Charterhouse Securities
Limited. This follows the acquisition of Charterhouse Securities Limited by
ING Barings.
