                     ANALYST SITE VISIT TO BIRMINGHAM


On Wednesday, 1st December 2004, Crest will host a visit for analysts to two of
its sites in the Midlands, Bournville Park and Park Central in Birmingham.
Bournville Park will demonstrate Crest's design skills and delivery quality for
more traditional product while Park Central will provide evidence of Crest's
expertise in the master planning, design and delivery of large scale urban
regeneration.

No material new information will be disclosed in the presentations which will
form part of this visit, nor will there be any further statement on current
trading. The site visit presentation will be available from Wednesday 1st
December on the Crest website, www.crestnicholson.com at 1pm.
