                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of China Real Estate Opportunities Limited ("CREO" or the "Company")
announces that the resolutions proposed to authorise the Company to purchase its
own shares in the market and to approve the requisite waiver by the Panel on
Takeovers and Mergers under Rule 9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers
were passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held in Jersey today.

Further details of these proposals were set out in a circular to shareholders
dated 8 August 2007.
