                           Exercise of Share Options

China Real Estate Opportunities Limited ("CREO" or the "Company") announces that 
following the exercise of options today by an employee of Treasury Holdings, an 
additional 1,200 shares have been issued by the Company in accordance with the 
rules of the Company's share option scheme.  This results in the total number of 
shares in issue increasing to 50,762,385.
