Creightons announces that at an Extraordinary General  Meeting
of  the  Company held today, shareholders voted overwhelmingly
in  favour  of  an  Ordinary  Resolution  to  dispose  of  the
Company's freehold interest in Units 7-11 and 18 and 19  Water
Lane Industrial Park, Storrington, West Sussex.

It  is  anticipated  that  completion  of  the  property  sale
agreement will occur on or about 19 March 2001.
