The Company has been advised that Friends Ivory & Sime Plc's holding of
3,272,837 ordinary shares of 1p each in Creightons, held on behalf of the FP
Stewardship Income Trust, was entirely disposed of on 20 December 2001 and
that accordingly, Friends Ivory & Sime Plc, no longer holds any ordinary
shares of the Company.
