The Company was informed on 15 January 2003 that Bernard Johnson, Managing
Director of Creightons Plc, had purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at
2.5 pence per share on 13 January 2003.

Bernard Johnson now holds a total of 3,344,569 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, representing 6.16 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
