                         AMENDMENT - DIRECTOR'S DEALING


The following amends the director's dealing announcement released by Creightons
plc (the 'Company') on 3 April 2006 under RNS number 8474A at 10.29am.

The Company has been informed by Bernard Johnson that the previously disclosed
beneficial holding for him is incorrect and should be 3,344,569 ordinary shares.

All other details remain unchanged and the full amended announcement appears
below:

'The board of Creightons plc (the 'Company') was informed that on 30 March 2006
Bernard Johnson, a director of the Company transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares
in the Company from his self-invested pension plan to his own name, at a price
of 1.5p.  The transfer represents approximately 3.69 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.

Bernard Johnson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 3,744,569 ordinary
shares representing approximately 6.90 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital is incorrect and should instead be 3,344,569 ordinary shares
representing approximately 6.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
