                       ('Creightons' or 'the Company')

The board of directors is pleased to announce the following changes with
immediate effect:

  * the appointment of Nick O'Shea as a non-executive director. Mr O'Shea
    has been Creighton's company's secretary for the last three and a half
    years, and was also the Company's financial controller until May 2000. Mr
    O'Shea is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), and has extensive
    experience in the Toiletries sector, having worked for both Proctor &
    Gamble and Scott Paper;

  * the appointment of William McIlroy as executive chairman of the Company.
    Mr McIlroy was elected a non-executive director in November 1999, and has
    been executive vice chairman of the Company since February 2000.
