Restoration of Trading

Following the passing of the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company today, including, as announced on 8 November 2010, a resolution to make changes to the Company's Investing Policy to align it more closely with the investments made, the Company anticipates that trading in its ordinary shares on AIM will be restored with effect from 7.30am tomorrow.
