Director/PDMR shareholding

Medsea Estates Group plc (AIM: MEA), the Mediterranean-based property group,

was notified today that Neil Craven, non-executive director, purchased 500,000 

shares at 1p per share on Thursday 3rd July, increasing his holding in 

the Company to 1,550,000 shares representing 1.99% of the issued shares.
