INVESCO Perpetual UK investment Series (UK ICVC) held, as beneficial owner,
8,044,771 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company as at 5th July 2006. The shares,
registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited, represent 18.01% of the
currently issued share capital of the Company.
