Additional Listing



Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of a
blocklisting of 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('New Ordinary Shares').

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time pursuant to
the exercise of employee share options under the Save As You Earn Scheme. It is
expected that Admission will become effective on 8 March 2007.
